The Cairns Institute has prepared a short 10-question survey on cultural heritage and climate change. This is to identify initiatives that may not be part of existing publications (ie grey literature), which are being carried out by consultants, academics, policy makers or property managers, either in Australia or worldwide.

The research is part of the Sydney Adaptation Strategy 'Review and Synthesis' Project.  The New South Wales Office of Environment and Heritage has commissioned a review of relevant work relating to the impact of climate change on cultural heritage assets.  This includes a review of existing and emerging research, a gap analysis, and identification of research projects in the Sydney Metropolitan Area. The work focusses on the Sydney Metropolitan Area, but initiatives outside Australia are also important.  For further information email Dr Susan McIntyre-Tamwoy
